For Those of you that might be interested in volunteering for the Arena Crew, please contact me. I will be the Arena Crew Coordinator that weekend. We will have a short training session on Friday afternoon that you will need to be at if you have never worked arena crew before. Again, just lemme know if you are interested. As of 1/27/08, there are still rooms available at the host hotel. They are not able to send an email conformation of room resevation to email but will give you a conf. #.

I am thinking of flying down from Winnipeg for the rodeo. Obviously I can't bring my horse to compete but I'd like to help out and I have worked with the local rodeo committee here before in the arena.

We have quit a few people helping, but we never turn away volunteers. If by some chance they have a full crew would you be willing to help in other areas instead of just the arena? Did you already book your room?

I've had a message back from the arena folks, but haven't booked my hotel room yet. I'll be in FW Friday the 29th by 12:30, as long as Northwest doesn't send me to Iowa instead :-)

I can't get at my hotmail today Aaron, but wanted to know where the volunteer meeting is Friday afternoon as i will be arriving in Dallas at 12:20 or so and should be checked into my hotel by 2:00 pm (The La Quinta). Can you post where I should get myself to? :-) Cheers,

Hello everyone!! For those of you that have contacted me about working the arena crew, I will be having an arena crew "training session" for those of you that haven't worked it before. I would like for the entire crew to make it if at all possible. We will be meeting at the arena between 2 and 3pm Friday afternoon. I will be there between noon and 1pm to get things set up. If you would like to join me, please feel free to. Can't wait to see everyone in Cowtown!!! LET'S RODEO!!!!
