Deep from my heart I want to thank one and all who were able to make it to our rodeo. As well as those who couldn't. With out all of out supporters great and small, we wouldnt have had such a great event. Lots of compliments from all around! Thanks Again!

Enjoyed my first rodeo, people were friendly, the Sat. dance was awesome. Sacramento is really hopping.
The competition was exciting but really slow. When someone got hurt they'd have to stop until another ambulance showed up, and it really made everything grind to a halt.

The Bolt, 2560 Boxwood Street, Sacramento 95815 is the BEST Cowboy/Country bar in Sacramento. It is a all-in-one bar. Leather/Bears/Cowboys.
The Kick-Off Party for the Sierra Stampede Rodeo is at the Bolt on Thursday, July 24th, 8 pm to Midnight. During Rodeo Weekend, the Bolt is the bar where we cap off that evening\'s events.

While the Bolt is definitely a fun place to meet gay cowboys, if you're looking for a mainstream cowboy bar, you can check out the Stoney Inn (http://www.stoneyinn.com/). They have a big dance floor with two-stepping on Fridays and Saturdays. It is located close to the Bolt, so you can hit 'em both pretty easily.
